1. Delivery Areas
We proudly offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan, including major cities and smaller towns. Our goal is to make cycling accessible everywhere.
2. Delivery Charges

Free Delivery: Available in Rawalpindi and Islamabad.

Other Cities: A minimal delivery charge may apply depending on your location and product size. Exact charges will be communicated during order confirmation.
3. Delivery Time

Rawalpindi/Islamabad: 1-2 working days.

Other Cities: 3-7 working days (may vary slightly due to courier availability, weather, or holidays).
We always aim for the quickest possible delivery.
4. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier services in Pakistan to ensure timely and secure delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
5. Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
6. Packaging
All items are securely packed to prevent any damage during transit. If your product arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours for a quick resolution.
7. Delivery Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS or WhatsApp containing the tracking details.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. No online or card payments are required.
9. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we will contact you for redelivery. Extra shipping costs may apply in some cases.
